Retail Operations Supervisor (Giám Sát Chuỗi Cửa Hàng Bán Lẻ)

1. Visual Merchandising:
- Visit all shops every week to check:
o Window display against guideline.
o Interior merchandising against guideline.
o Shops and counters are tidy and clean.

2. Marketing:
- Inform staffs about new promotions and events.
- Instruct staffs how to execute promotions as per guidelines from Hanoi.
- Contribute with new ideas for promotions.

3. Marketing Intelligence:
- Record and report all promotions from competing brands at the same shopping mall.
- Collect information about new shopping malls.
- Investigate the reasons if a shop has abnormal turnover (up or down) against budget and/or last year. Make proposal to improve sales.

4. Staff:
- Recruit new staffs – interview and selection.
- Train all staff in the use of Bravo.
- Train all staff in customer service and sales techniques.
- Make sure all staff receives product training & can clearly communicate product benefits to customers.
- Make & check roster for working time of all staff.
- Fill-in for staffs during medical leave and/or holidays.

5. Reports:
- Report own schedule every Friday for coming week.
- Check Shop reports every week.
- Report promotions of competing brands every week.
- Prepare reports as per requirements from office (if any).
- Ensure good communication with office to avoid misinformation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female aged 25-35 years old.
- Graduated from universities, colleges
- Priority is given to candidates who are working in the field of Fashion for children & ladies.
- Must have 3 - 5 years experience management retails chain
- Good at English & Office skills.
- Manage 5-7 Kids & Woman fashion stores in HCM city

RIGHT:
- Wage agreement from 10 – 15 mil, Incentive & Increase salary once a year or increase according to capacity.
- 13th month salary
