REPORTING IMPLEMENTATION LEAD (SAP PROJECT)

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Successful execution and outcome for all report related tasks and activities by established delivery dates
• Achievement of project objectives (scope, schedule, quality)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and coordinating all BU/Function report activities for all sites leveraging the Process Implementation Leads and super user (Report) for site-specific report activities; may require working with managers to obtain time from super users to assist with report gathering/understanding. All activities should be aligned with BU BI Lead
• Managing BU/Function completion of critical and high reports migrate activities (identification of legacy sources of information, report layout, validation and final sign-off of migrate reports) with guidance from the SAP report team and align with BU BI Lead
• Managing the risks around the implications of having poor report migrated to the BI
• Identification of key functional risks and issues; Escalation of key risks and issues to BU BI lead, Business Implementation Manager, Process Implementation Leads, and SAP BI team as needed
• Coaching and guidance of BU/Function super user
• Acting as the single point of contact for SAP BI team and align with BU BI Lead

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES PER PHASE

• Overall
• Leader of the implementation for their designated process. They report to the Business Implementation Manager (BIM), have functional reporting to the Process Sponsors, and will have direct management responsibility for the Super User Network for their designated area.
• Overall business process knowledge expert. Understands how current business processes integrate across the Business.
• Leads all process related implementation tasks across Business. 
• Implements the process area(s) they support; may support one or more.
• Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance
• Identifies key functional risks and issues; escalates to the BIM, Business process sponsors or Business senior leaders
• Pre-Deployment: Supports business readiness activities and leads selected BR projects
• Requirements & Solution Confirmation
• Leads Business participation for respective process area(s).
• Leads the confirmation of requirements for process area(s).
• Leads prioritization of identified gaps (including impact assessments).
• Keeps process sponsors and Business senior leaders engaged and informed.
• Works with BIM to involve additional business resources as required
• Facilitates business sign-off (process sponsors & BIM) of agreed scope at conclusion of solution confirmation.
• Supports process sponsors, BIM, Business senior leaders and HR in identification of the super user network
• Design, Build, SIT
• Ensures the availability of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & super users to provide input to SAP driven local design/build activities (i.e. prototyping and documentation) as needed.
• Leads Business local process decision making, supports data activities, supports role mapping.
• If agile/scrum fall approach is used for development, product owner for one or more scrum teams
• Directs project management responsibility for super user network including on-boarding, task allocation and support.
• Works with BIM, CCE (Communication, Change, Education) and process tag to accomplish mapping of potential end users to SAP roles, and to lead allocation of super user network to testing & training activities.
• User Testing, Training and Cutover
• Collaborates with other PILs to lead both UAT & business simulation preparation and execution
• Works with the CCE lead & RDC BAs to prepare, participate and lead (where applicable) in super user training.
• Understands interdependencies between and ensures integration across process areas.
• Works closely with data network to identify data requirements to support process and design.
• Supports CCE lead with the execution of the change plan.
• Promotes process change in the organization.
• Partners with CCE lead for capability build of super users.
• Prepares and supports super users in execution of end user training.
• Defines cutover requirements for process area.
• Supports sites with execution of cutover plan as required.
• Actively participates in go-live event
• Post Go-Live Support 
• Supports Super Users with issue identification and resolution.
• Monitors business health check metrics and value realization.
• Works with SAP service delivery to assure resolution of issues to business requirements.
• Works with internal super user network and CCE lead to assure capability sustainment.
• Leads deployment of upgrades and new capability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Finance, Economic, Mathematics, Statistics or its equivalent
• Familiar with project management processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience on using  SAP is preferred
