Regional Talent Acquisition Program Manager

Get to know the team:

You will be working with a small but mighty team, that is passionate about improving the onboarding experiences for all Grabbers in all locations. We are the drivers of many cross functional team activities and programs, and we love interacting with Grabbers from any and all functions.

Get to know the Role:

• In this role, you will be driving programs that are aimed to increase engagement, identification, socialization and productivity for all incoming Grabbers

• This role is about being creative while being data driven to improve onboarding experiences for all with bold solutions

• You will work with many stakeholders and get their buy in to drive various programs

• There a number of fun programs that can be built, so this role would be best for those who are flexible and are comfortable with some ambiguity

The day-to-day activities:

• Update, manage and track progress across multiple markets simultaneously

• Gather weekly insights (read: collect data) from 1st day onboarding experiences, our orientation experiences, and more in order to highlight the value to the business

• Trouble shoot workflow and process bottlenecks that hinder progress across the region to ensure great onboarding experiences

• Have weekly sync ups with a cross-functional team which includes Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Safety, and Facilities.

• Travel to regional offices to work with cross-functional teams in order to inspire and drive programs that can be self-sustaining and long lasting

The must haves:

• Project management experience is desired due to the variety of programs

• You must be passionate about working with people, and good at building relationships

• You will need good presentation skills in order to share insights and results of projects to the business

• You must be able to gain stakeholder buy in and alignment

• Process-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution

• The desire to always learn and help other learn is important to us
