- Understand client’ requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for high priority and/or manager-level positions.
- Analyze resumes, screen/pre-select/shortlist candidate after interviewed, conduct reference checks.
- Manage company’s recruitment process: schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, create invitations - notify candidates of appropriate positions

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, language and related disciplines.
• Passionate interest in HR field, especially recruitment.
• Good interpersonal & public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, email.
• Highly proactive, positive, self-motivated.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, teamwork, organized.
