Recruitment Consultant Intern (IT & Non IT)

We are looking for a COORDINATOR INTERN to assist the Recruitment Consultant team in the recruitment process and achieve our business goals.

• Build up talents pool for specific position by developing new and/or optimizing current channels with online platforms such as Facebook ads, Google Adwords,... as well as offline events/activities with strategic recruitment partners (universities, groups,...);
• Produce and maintain content/photo/video execution for Facebook fan page and other branding channels;
• Evaluate and launch new and emerge recruitment channels, tools, and marketing outreach strate-gies;
• Join to plan and organize internal engagement activities (company meeting, corporate culture,…);
• Execute others task assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu

• 4th-year students or fresh graduates.
• Confident in communication (Vietnamese & English).
• Have a passion for HR/ External Recruitment.
• Available to work from Monday to Friday.
• Have a personal laptop.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and sociable.
