• Project management for condominium commercial project.
• Responsible for project management such as condominium product planning, design management, contractor selection, construction management, business partner and contractor consultation (interpretation, translation), administrative procedure management, and process management.
• Review legal documents for structuring, risk management, and tax issues.
• Manage the staffs and working process of dept.
• Site and market evaluation.

• Graduated from Japanese university architecture or civil engineering, has advanced Japanese language skills, and has experience in the construction industry in Japan.
• Work experience: Experience working at a Japanese company in the construction industry (preferably with construction site experience) Japanese proficiency: N1 or higher level.
• English ability: Business level is desirable. (Reading and translating contracts and materials).
• More than bachelor degrees.
