R&D Water Base Supervisor (Paints/Coatings/Chemicals)

• Location: Di An Factory (Bình Dương cũ) 1/ Research and development activities:
• New product development: creating and formulating novel coatings products.
• Troubleshooting: identifying and resolving issues related to product performance.
• Product benchmarking: compare existing formula with market’ counterparts for change of improvement
• Formula improvement: enhancing performance of existing formulations.
• Formula Maintenance: ensuring the stability and consistency of existing products.
• Raw material searching and peplacement: exploring alternative materials.
• Cost Saving: optimizing formulations for cost efficiency.   2/ SAP system operation:
• Coding creation and management: register SAP codes for new formulas or product hierarchies for new developments.
• BOM/Mater Recipe/Production Version management: uploading and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting: coordinate with IT or Data Center in resolving relevant issues.   3/ Technical requests handling
• Addressing inquiries and technical requests from relevant departments.
• Coordinate with CS to provide on-site technical support when needed. 4/ Lab routine activity
• Tools and equipment: ensure all laboratory tools and equipment are in good working condition and ready for use. 5S Implementation: maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient lab environment.
• Industrial hygiene and safety practices: ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Compliance: make sure all lab’ activities and documents comply with ISO standard. 5/ Additional assignments

• 1/ Hoạt động nghiên cứu và phát triển:
• Phát triển sản phẩm mới: nghiên cứu và xây dựng công thức cho các sản phẩm sơn mới.
• Xử lý sự cố: xác định nguyên nhân và tìm hướng giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm: so sánh chất lượng của công thức hiện tại với sản phẩm cùng cấp trên thị trường để định hướng cải tiến.
• Cải tiến công thức: nghiên cứu nâng cao chất lượng, cải thiện tính năng cho các công thức hiện tại.
• Bảo trì công thức: thực hiện các điều chỉnh công thức cần thiết để duy trì tính ổn định và đồng nhất của sản phẩm.
• Tìm kiếm và thay thế nguồn nguyên liệu: nghiên cứu giải pháp thay thế nguyên liệu trong công thức sơn.
• Giảm giá thành: nghiên cứu và tối ưu hoá công thức để tiết kiệm chi phí. 2/  Vận hành hệ thống SAP:
• Tạo và quản lý mã code sản phẩm: đăng ký mã code SAP cho công thức mới hoặc định danh phân cấp cho sản phẩm mới.
• Quản lý BOM/Master Recipe/ Production Version: upload data lên hệ thống và thực hiện cập nhật, chỉnh sửa khi cần thiết.
• Xử lý sự cố: phối hợp với IT hoặc Data Center để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống. 3/  Xử lý các

yêu cầu kỹ thuật

• Giải đáp thắc mắc và xử lý yêu cầu kỹ thuật từ các phòng ban liên quan.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận CS thực hiện hỗ trợ kỹ thuật tại công trường hoặc ở nhà máy khách hàng. 4/ Các hoạt động thường nhật phòng thí nghiệm:
• Dụng cụ và thiết bị: đảm bảo tất cả dụng cụ và thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm ở điều kiện hoạt động tốt và sẵn sàng để sử dụng.
• Thực hiện 5S: áp dụng 5S để giữ cho phòng thí nghiệm sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và hoạt động một cách hiệu quả.
• Vệ sinh và an toàn: nghiêm túc tuân thủ các quy định về vệ sinh và an toàn lao động trong phòng thí nghiệm.
• Tuân thủ: đảm bảo các hoạt động và văn bản của phòng lab phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn ISO. 5/  Các công việc được giao khác:
• Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công bởi quản lý trực tiếp.

• Graduate degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Paints & Coatings industry or relevant.
• Experience in formulating and developing new paint and coating products.
• Strong background of paint and coating raw materials, including resins, pigments, additives, and solvents.
• Knowledge of paint and coating application methods and performance properties.
• Experience in working with laboratory equipment and instrumentation relevant to paints and coatings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. --- *Benefits:
