Research and develop new materials and products to meet customer needs and market trends
Evaluate and test raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless product development and launch
Manage and train a team of R&D staff to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Have experience in developing new sample of PU/PVC synthetic leather
3 years’ experience in the same position
Can communicate in English
Have ability to check color in lightbox
Training skills to train the new and old workers to work in the most efficient way
Have ability to manage workers to improve the efficiency
Have skill to solve the problem thoroughly
Be responsible at work
