• Production Management & Operation
• Manage and operate all production activities of the gravure printing workshop.
• Execute production work according to the approved production plan.
• Coordinate with related departments to complete production goals.
• Quality, Process & Safety Control
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain occupational safety, 5S, and company internal regulations.
• Monitor product defect rate, production productivity, process compliance, and production plan completion.
• Issue Reporting & Performance Follow-up
• Report incidents, abnormalities, or production issues when they arise.
• Follow up production KPIs, including productivity, defect rate, process compliance, safety, and production plan achievement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education & Experience
• Intermediate, College, or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in gravure printing, including at least 2 years in an equivalent management position or above.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in gravure printing and paper packaging production.
• Good production management, team coordination, problem-solving, and work organization skills.
• Able to manage production plans, quality standards, safety compliance, and workshop performance.
• Able to work under pressure and take responsibility for production results.
• Language / Other Requirements

• Experience in paper packaging manufacturing is required.
• Able to work at the factory and follow production shift arrangements when required.
