General Job Description

• Quality engineer is responsible for the generation of a strategic plan to improve the business processes and increase production output.
• Duties include creating the company’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Quality engineers are also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production process with efforts placed to find a solution.
• Essential duties and responsibilities:
• QE is in charge of projects which will be assigned to balance tasks:
• Process Quality monitoring and control & support in mass production
• Ensure product Quality compliance according to customer requirement
• Master and working standard control
• Non-conformity handling- daily control
• QC crew training & succession training
• Meet required KPI target
• Control RMA
• Manage customer complaint (8D report)
• NPI management & control in proper way

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years on QE in manufacturing processes for electronic assembly, including surface mount technology (SMT), printed circuit board (PCB) assembly (SMT/Wave/Coating/Potting/Assembly)
• Note: SMT and Wave soldering experiences are +++ plus
• Fair in written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination/organizational skills.
• Excellent skill in analyzing and solving problems.
• Independent – confident work
• Quality tools: QC 7 tools, PPAP (Control Plan, …), 8D report. IPC-A-610
• Execute assignments completely, accurately, and timely, and keep appropriate personnel informed.
• Experience in 8D report (Automotive – IATF), defect analysis-shooting

Qualification Requirements

• Colleague or above degree in electronic engineering.
