- Lead quality management activities for Vest/Suit products from product development through bulk production.
- Review technical packages, construction details, workmanship standards, and establish quality criteria for tailored garments.
- Provide technical guidance to Development, Production, and QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
- Work directly with international customers to align quality standards, garment appearance, and workmanship requirements.
- Monitor factory quality performance and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the QC team while building a strong quality culture across the factory.
- Work location: Northern Area.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control Manager or equivalent role within the garment industry.
- Extensive experience in Vest/Suit is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, sewing processes, fitting, and workmanship standards for premium apparel.
- Hands-on experience in product development, technical review, and factory quality management.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international customers and technical teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel to factories when required.
