Quality Assurance Manager (Data and Vietnamese Language)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Organize and implement team to test and evaluate activities for improving quality of service;
• Plan improvements , propose plans and conduct ad-hoc assessments; 
• Work with other teams for review processes and tools to propose and to research solutions;
• Organize internal training sessions;
• Deliver report as manager required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Required qualifications: 

• Vietnamese language analysis skills to understand user behavior;
• Knowledge of browser products, websites, search engines;
• People management and leadership skills, including coaching, supervision, staffing, and conflict management;
• Ability to create and analyze reports to recommend content based on results.

Soft Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills;
• Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive result;
• Good analytical skills and attention to details;
• Good English skills.
