Quality Assurance Manager

• iSMART Education is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across the organization.
• This position plays a key role in standardizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders to build standardized processes aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan and deliver training programs to ensure quality standards are consistently implemented.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance across departments and branches.
• Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to Management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Internal Audit, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process optimization, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a systematic mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
