QHSE Manager

• Key Resposibility : Develop, implement, and maintain QHSSE Management System across Offshore Vessel Management, Geotechnical/Geophysical Survey, and Human Supply Services to safeguard personnel, assets, and regulatory compliance.

System Management

• Design and update the QHSSE Management System following international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code).

Safety & Environment

• Champion safety culture, lead hazard risk assessments, oversee emergency preparedness, and enforce environmental compliance (MARPOL & local laws).

Audits & Incident Response

• Lead root-cause investigations for all incidents/near-misses; manage internal and external audits (ISO, ISM, client); act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies.

Training & Compliance

• Deliver QHSSE training across staff, contractors, and crew; support client meetings to promote company capabilities.

Stop-Work Authority

• Authority to halt any operation deemed unsafe or non-compliant (in consultation with operational management and immediate notification to MD).

Working Conditions

• Office-based in Vung Tau with 30% field/vessel travel and on-call availability for urgent emergency responses.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, Marine Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Certifications preferred

• NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (9001/14001/45001), and ISM Code Auditor / DPA.
• Experience: 10–15 years in QHSSE, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership within offshore, maritime, oil & gas, or heavy industry.

Skills

• Fluent in English (mandatory); deep knowledge of Vietnamese and international maritime/QHSSE regulations; strong leadership and risk management skills.
