QC Supervisor

• Lead the QC team in controlling quality across all production stages at the factory (refer to expertise in the wood industry, sofa manufacturing, or a similar factory environment.)
• Monitor and analyze the factory's quality status and prepare daily reports.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures for new product groups.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback.
• Manage, monitor, and execute daily and monthly testing (e.g., adhesion tests, nail/screw crack tests, and sending samples to external labs).
• Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to identify quality issues, propose solutions, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

1.         Education

• High school diploma or higher.

2.         Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the wood processing and finishing/painting industry. Experience in the upholstered furniture industry is an advantage.

3.         Skills and Competencies

• Excellent skills in data review, analysis, and extraction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
• Proficiency in computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
