• Quality Control & Compliance
• Organize and manage the inspection of imported raw materials and packaging.
• Implement quality management processes at the production site.
• Take responsibility for the company’s inspection and laboratory testing activities.
• Organize the approval process for new products and manage the registration of product standards.
• Operational Optimization & Incident Handling
• Organize the handling of customer quality complaints.
• Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing equipment and production processes.
• Departmental Leadership
• Build, organize, and manage the internal quality department.

• Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
• Experience & Knowledge
• Solid knowledge of drugs, chemicals, and biological products used in livestock and aquaculture.
• Priority given to candidates with practical experience in relevant positions.
• Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in either Chinese or English for professional communication.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
