- Direct communication with German Team
- Giving weekly report to Germany about findings and status
- Doing final inspection at factory in terms of washing outcome, WMS and measurements are respected according to final customer requirements
- Preparing manufactory guidelines for sewing line, laundry team and finishing department
- First batch evaluation and approve shading colors to be respected in tolerance
- Monitoring the implementation of the quality guidelines are respected in daily operation
- Briefing local factory QC team about the quality standard
- Working close with merchandiser team to make sure that all documents are correct
- Inline inspection and technical skills to advise solutions
- Must have experience for sewing and ironing based on bulk production
