QA SUPERVISOR - GARMENT (INCOME MATERIAL)

• Salary: 1500 – 1700USD (Gross) + 13 month salary
  • Work location: Long An (Long Hau Industrial Zone) near HCMC, Offer Shuttle bus everyday
• Working day: Monday - Saturday (Full day)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage quality system and quality control activities
• Lead ISO process and continuous improvement and quality assurance projects.
• Lead cross-functional team on projects. Communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
• Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Do reports/ performance monitoring
• Handle customer complaint and nonconformance
• Training for quality, compliance
• Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree, prefer major in Industrial Management or Garment, Textile, Printing Industries
• 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in Printing, Garment, Textile industries is advantage
• Statistical knowledge, ISO9001, 14000, OHSAS18000 knowledge/experience
• Good communication in English
• Strong people leadership; interpersonal skill; problem solving skill
