- We seek a knowledgeable QA/QC manager to ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in developing, managing, and improving policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding construction quality management, material control, acceptance testing, etc., and establish standardized QA/QC templates for the entire project.
- Participate in inspecting and evaluating compliance with quality control measures across projects.
- Coordinate the review and verification of the completeness and compliance of quality records, acceptance records, as-built documentation, and related technical documents.
- Consolidate quality issues arising from projects, participate in root cause analysis, and propose preventive solutions and improvements to quality management processes.
- Assist in task allocation, progress monitoring, output quality review, and issue consolidation within the team for reporting to direct management.
- Provide QA/QC guidance and training to QA/QC specialists and new personnel within the scope of assigned duties.
- Perform or coordinate the execution of other tasks as assigned by Department Leadership.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager (from 5-10 years of experience), preferably in the construction or engineering sector
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
