QA Manager (Salary From 30 - 35 Million Vnd)

• Devise and establish a company’s quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Onsite monitor product quality in process, incoming & outgoing inspection (Create specifications and quality instruction for all products and materials.)
• Responsibility for customer complaint (Respond timely to customer’s complaint and work with customer success team and technical team to ensure customer’s satisfaction)
• Ensure policies & objective quality and procedures relevant to QA department are strictly followed.
• Responsibility for all product development and quality control issue of the company
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
• Experience in standardization, create quality strategy and implement it.
• Have knowledge/experience in project management and smart Agile/waterfall process
• Graduated in IT
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Optional: experience in testing automation
