- Audit Management: Lead and coordinate internal, customer, third-party, certification and regulatory audits; ensure audit readiness and timely closure of findings.
- Certification & Compliance: Manage BRCGS, SMETA, Rainforest Alliance, Organic, Halal, Kosher and customer requirements; ensure regulatory compliance.
- QMS & Food Safety: Maintain and improve QMS and food safety systems including HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP, PRPs, OPRPs, Food Defense and Traceability.
- CAPA & Improvement: Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and CAPA; monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the QA/QC team; provide training on quality, food safety and audit requirements.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with relevant departments to ensure compliance, corrective actions and audit readiness.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety or Audit, including supervisory/managerial experience.
- Strong experience in Audit Management, Certification and Compliance.
- Experience with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, SMETA or similar standards.
- Good knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
