Purchasing Manager

✓ Advising the Board of Directors of effective purchasing strategy 

✓ Sourcing material and accessories/ Stuffs for garment company 

✓ Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies

✓ Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure

✓ Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals 

✓ Support for recruiting and training new employees for the department

✓ Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency 

✓ Handling problems arising in purchasing activities 

✓ Cooperate with supplier to guarantee agreement on terms and processes

✓ Research and anticipate in the negotiating pricing 

✓ Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking 

✓ Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors 

✓ Determine quantity and timing of deliveries 

✓ Bachelor- Master degree in relevant field 

✓ 3+ years’ experience in Purchasing, sourcing or procurement manager Fluent in English

✓ Fluent in English 

✓ Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement 

✓ Strong project management and leadership skills 

✓ Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships 

✓ Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
