Purchasing Executive (Bến Tre)<span class="ml-2 label label-urgent">Urgent job</span>

- Negotiating prices and terms, working with suppliers to create the best deals
- Preparing and administering budgets and contracts
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
- Tracing shipments and following up on undelivered goods
- Arranging payment for supplier
- Ensuring that the right quality and quality of good or services are purchased
- Refill stock based on forecast
- Research, identify and evaluate preferred suppliers of all raw materials and chemical inputs into manufacturing process
- Effectively negotiate all aspects of supply contracts including required specifications, price, delivery schedule, tenure, warranty and payment terms, etc.
- Obtaining analytical input on supplier financial position for a longer term working on credit given
- Conduct regular market research and analyses to stay ahead of demand, supply, competitive and pricing trends of inputs

- College/ Bachelor Degree
- Prefer at least 3-5-year purchasing experiences in working with Factory, Production field
- Ability to work independently
- Active, progressive, negotiation skills
- Good English communication ability is a must
- Must be a team player
- Able to perform and work under pressured environment
