Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands-on and adaptable
- TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE to join our Operations team.
- This role sits at the operational core of our export process — bridging cargo inspection, loading supervision, customs procedures, and document handling.
- You will work closely across multiple functions, stepping in where needed to keep shipments moving on schedule.

- Key Responsibilities
- Cargo Inspection & Loading Supervision
- Coordinate and oversee cargo inspection activities in line with export requirements.
- Directly supervise loading operations at external supplier warehouses outside of Phuc Sinh's own factory network.
- Monitor loading progress to ensure cargo meets all export quality and quantity standards.
- Liaise with warehouses, inspection agencies, and relevant parties to resolve issues as they arise on-site.
- Customs, Compliance & Documentation Support
- Support the preparation and submission of customs declarations.
- Assist with phytosanitary (Phyto) documentation and certification processes.
- Assist with Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications and related paperwork.
- Handle the collection, delivery, and archiving of export documents.
- Cross-functional Support
- Provide operational backup to the Customs team and the Document Courier function (Phyto, C/O, Bill of Lading collection).
- Work flexibly across roles and tasks within the department to optimize shipment timelines and team capacity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all field operations are aligned with the overall export schedule.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications
- Male candidate; Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in export operations, customs, or logistics.
- Basic understanding of export procedures including customs declarations, phytosanitary requirements, and Certificate of Origin processes.
- Willing and available to travel to supplier warehouses and field locations for loading supervision.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time.
- A good team player who communicates well and coordinates effectively with different stakeholders. ---
