PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Job description:

• Build good relationships with key customers (investors, contractors, designers, construction companies, ...)
• Evaluate and search for potential customers.
• Search and analyze project sources from relationships to win bids.
• Negotiate and persuade customers to sign contracts.
• Work in a team to support effective project promotion

Requirement

• University/college degree in economics, business administration,...
• At least 1 year experience in project sales (preferably construction materials)
• Quick acquisition, communication, persuasion and relationship building skills
• Good spoken and written English.
• Interested in design and architecture.
• Male/Female under 32 years old
