• Identifying and establishing new business
• Organizing sales visits
• Liaising with existing clients
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their requirement
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales, after-sales support
• Writing reports and sales/ business plan
• Providing product training and advice to customers
• Attending customer’s workshop, conferences and meetings
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.
• Customers segmentation: Industrial (Pharma, Foods, Electronics, Utilities,...); Commercial (Office, Supermarket); Data center; Services.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Background: Engineering/ Mechanical.
- Prefer the candidates from HVAC / Air Treatment but not required. Strongly experience in Sales project from Mechanical, AHU, DHU.
- Having good in Calculation Heating Load, Moisture Load is an advantage.
- Good at Math.
- Having wide Relationship with End-Users, The Consultants and the Contractors.
- Sales Skills , Communication , Negotiation.
