PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Business Development for new project requirements and Technology Team to build the most productive and sufficient process for both Customer and DIGI-TEXX within the timeframe given

• Be responsible for the assigned projects with Resources Management & Project’s Workflow to ensure the Profit & Lost

• Internal and external Customer Satisfaction Management

• Coordinate and resolve the project’s daily issues in a timely and effective manner with the internal Operation Team and other Departments

• Develop and maintain the production team

• Do improvements on the project to increase the project productivity

• Do other tasks assigned by Leadership Team

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in a similar position

• Advanced level in Japanese (N2) and English (B1 or above)

• Leadership and decision-making skills/experience

• Project Management Certificate/Skill is a must

• Client-first mindset

• Strong skills in communication, presentation and document management

• Well-organized and attentive to details

• Experience to work with international Client is a plus
