Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. .

You will conduct full life cycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify the improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Produce ad-hoc reporting and complete special analytical projects that are used as input into system and process enhancements and changes
• Provide data reporting, analysis and support for Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech teams.
• Aggressively identify potential data quality issues; pinpoint trouble spots in data and processes; assess impact on customer needs and retention and make recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Perform research and root cause analysis of individual data issues
• Ensure high quality standards for data integrity and accuracy, analysis and reporting.
• Work on a consultative basis for new project and enhancement initiatives to help ensure consistent application of data business rules and implementation of best practices.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree, specialized in Corporate Finance, Information Management, Business Administration or Statistics
• Experienced as a Project Codinator/ Project Manager with proven expertise in data visualization techniques.
• Proven strong critical thinking skills, a track record of innovative thought, and deep analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.
• Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
