KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the customer (factory / manufacturer; trader; buyer, etc.) to receive, handle testing & inspection activities (booking information, quotation, customer feedback, etc.) in accordance with the procedures and requirements specified by TÜV Rheinland and / or customers.
• Prepare the required documents and pre/ post-test includes technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved.
• Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal/ external parties to assure the projects are planned, prepared and conducted timely and smoothly in compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Complete test report, project handling (quotation, order, planning / scheduling, closing, invoice) via TÜV Rheinland systems and tools or clients’ systems if required.

• Technical education background.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
