Project Coordinator (for Residential building projects)

• The key role for this job is to manage/track the progress of our projects by creating a

• master schedule, making sure that the project progress is kept to that schedule, and

• finding any issues that may delay the progress.

• (Each project is at a different stage of a residential project life cycle – from investment

• approval to design, land allocation, construction, etc.)

• For each project,
• Establish the project master schedule and make timely updates
• Coordinate with the local developer partner and also each team in the project company (investment, design, marketing/sales, construction, legal, finance/accounting, etc.), schedule and join regular meetings, and record decisions
• Monitor the project progress and address potential issues
• Establish and maintain relations with authorities to involve in the legal process and

inspections for the project together with local partners and relevant teams 

• Prepare periodic/non-periodic reports on the project progress and issues
• Track expenses and predict future costs
• Act as the contact point for the projects with related entities
• Other duties assigned by the General Director

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in real estate development
• A wide range of (general) knowledge in all fields of residential development

(investment, design, marketing/sales, construction, legal, finance/accounting, etc.) 

• (Preferred) Involvement in full project cycle of at least 01 housing project
• (Preferred) Experiences in legal process with authorities
• Timely documentation and reporting skills
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• No constraints for domestic and international business trips
