Project Coordinator (Construction / Fit-out)

• 1. New Store Opening (NSO) / Construction & Fit-out
• Work with construction vendors, contractors, and mall management for New Store Opening (NSO), store fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections and be responsible for all handover processes (start fit-out, end fit-out, mall checklist, opening checklist).
• Coordinate with the Design Team and Project Team in Indonesia.
• Ensure all IT support devices are planned and included in the store layout.
• Handle all administration and documentation related to mall management, construction vendors, and government/legal authorities if needed.
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team and ensure timely fulfillment from all vendors.
• Demonstrate good project management and coordination skills.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance when needed to ensure stores are ready for opening.
• Review store temperature and odor conditions and propose solutions if any issues arise.

2. Store Maintenance

• Organize store maintenance requests and follow up on execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, IT Support, Maintenance Team, LP Team, and other relevant departments.
• Liaise with mall management, landlords, and government/legal authorities when needed (related to fire safety, sidewalk parking, street tree maintenance).
• Ensure maintenance issues are resolved within the required timeline.
• Handle all administration and documentation, including Purchase Requests (PR), contract finalization, etc.
• Propose preventive maintenance solutions when necessary.
• Conduct regular checks on water, electricity, and internet usage to detect irregularities and identify potential issues.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Handle any ad hoc requirements related to construction projects, store renovation, and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (technical skills required).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in construction, fit-out, or project coordination .
• Preferably experienced in the retail industry, especially in store construction, renovation, or New Store Opening (NSO) projects .
• Strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail, proactive at work, strong team player, and strong organizational skills.
• English: Conversational level.
• Able to utilize Excel for data processing and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of design tools will be a plus.
