• Assist with administering agreements for development, site plans, building permits etc, and advice of new regulation that may arise.
• Project administration in review of project claims and input of payments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Leasing, Marketing, Accounting etc.)
• Support the Development Team in the issuance and response to RFIs from consultants.
• Assist & Support the Project Manager in reporting to the Senior Projects Development Managers
• Assist & Support the Project Manager in managing the projects in Vietnam in the following areas:
• Coordinate project management activities internally and with consultants & contractors and assist with schedule management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Monitor budgets and deliverables ensuring contractual agreements are maintained.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements set for the projects are met.
• Maintain and update records such as binders, documents, and project databases.
• Organizing meetings and taking minutes of meeting when required.
• Tracking and managing messages and paperwork.

• Experienced work for the Real Estate developer (required)Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese
