Job description

• Direct and monitor all accounting activities to ensure that the financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with relevant regulations
• Be responsible for timely, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual Tax reports of the company (CIT, VAT, PIT) and other required reports accurately and on time
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting
• Control budget and cash flow to save cost and increase productivity
• Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures
• Check and verify daily petty cash in office, banking works
• Develop and maintain relationship with related companies and government agencies
• Work with internal and external Auditors, Tax authorities, and other government agencies when needed
• Support other departments with all works that require accountant competencies
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Skills requirement(s): 

Degree: University degree in Accounting or Finance major

Experience and skills:

• MUST HAVE Chief Accountant Certificate
• Having from 3 years of experience as Chief accountant in real estate
• Skill of critical thinking, problem-solving and communication
• English skills is sufficient to work and communicate
• Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Familiar to accounting software
• Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail-oriented
