Production Supervisor (Shift working)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
• You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve productivity, maintain product quality, reduce waste, and develop a strong production team .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets are met.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and production resources.
• Solve production issues and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve production performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators and technicians.
• Drive Lean, 5S, TPM, SPC, and other improvement activities.
• Monitor production KPIs and report improvement results to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or SPC is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good English communication skills.
