- 1. Conduct on-site patrols and monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and quality requirements. 2. Manage, track, and monitor process failures to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented. 3. Manage and maintain the 4M and FMEA systems to control operational risks. 4. Manage process quality; lead investigations, handling, and responses to NHS cases. 5. Collect, compile, and analyze historical data related to damaged goods. 6. Propose, implement, and monitor continuous improvement activities.

- College degree or higher. At least 3 years of relevant experience. TOEIC 550 or Japanese N4 equivalent.
