- Responsibility
1. Production Planning
- Receive sales orders from the Merchandising/Sales Department, analyze demand, and evaluate production capacity.
- Develop knitting production plans, including detailed weekly and daily schedules for the knitting workshops.
- Calculate raw material requirements and coordinate yarn scheduling to ensure sufficient material availability and prevent production line stoppages.
2. Production Scheduling & Monitoring
- Release production orders and dispatch schedules to the shop floor in accordance with approved production plans.
- Set production targets and review/approve detailed weekly and daily production schedules for the knitting workshops, with priority given to urgent and high-value orders.
- Review, authorize, and monitor the formal release of production orders to ensure timely and accurate execution on the shop floor.
3. Yarn & Greige Material Management
- Monitor, track, and manage the allocation of raw yarn and greige fabric to ensure continuous and timely support for production schedules.
- Control material consumption by comparing yarn input quantities against
- Net Greige Quantity output to identify abnormal consumption, wastage, or discrepancies.
- Investigate material variances and coordinate with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement timely corrective actions.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, English, Chinese, or a related field.
2. Professional Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing are an advantage.
- 3. Work Experience: - Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience. - Experience in manufacturing or the textile/garment industry is preferred.
4. Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
5. Languages
- Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage
