Production Planning Officer/ Nhân viên Kế hoạch Sản xuất

*Working place: Noi Bai Industrial Zone, Soc Son, Ha Noi

1. Scheduling Jobs:

• Responsibilities for the scheduling Jobs to meet contractual obligations and in considerations of the shop limitations.
• Prepare Shipping/ Production schedule addressed to Factory/Operations Manager.
• Receives the jobs which cleared by Finance for production and arrange schedule for jobs accordingly.
• Prepare monthly loading/shipment Plan and circulate to related departments for their information and taking action.

2. Follow up and control all Production schedule & Shipping schedule:

• Follow up with related departments to insure Jobs progress according to Job scheduled and report.
• Arrange the Meeting with Production and Shipping to review and verify the reasons of changes schedule and report the results.
• Coordinates to the Engineering/OMD regarding Job discrepancies, update them Job status regularly.
• Updates all Jobs from Engineering & OM Departments regularly and reflecting of the BOM weight breakdown to the system.
• Coordinates with related department to ensure Jobs scheduled timetable.
• Verify whether the already shipping plan is accomplished.

• University graduated, major in Science.
• 1 year of experience in related position.
• Knowledge of MS Office Software and Production system.
• Good English communication.
