Production Planning - Nhân viên kế hoạch sản xuất

• Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Develop, update, and control production plans to meet business requirements.
• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Control the status of raw materials, inventory, equipment, and production resources.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports on production output, revenue, and inventory.
• Investigate variances between planned and actual results and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to production planning and quality requirements.
• Monitor and control revenue, inventory levels, and PSI performance against targets.
• Track production capacity, optimize resource utilization, and support productivity improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 1. Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in fields related to production, supply chain, planning
• 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• 3. Communication in English is required:  At least  level with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing equivalent to TOEIC 550 points / Japanese N3
