Production Planning Coordinator (Hanoi/textile-garment)

1. Communicated with the Merchandiser team and followed up the order management;

2. Reserve production capacity to the factory according to the order situation, and ensure the reasonable arrangement of delivery;

3. Responsible for production monitoring and follow-up coordination of bulk goods to ensure OTD;

4. Monitor the system input order data and factory order scheduling, coordinate order scheduling;

5. Responsible for coordinating and following up supplier approval;

6. Responsible for comparative analysis of each factory, assessment of the comprehensive performance, and provide data support for order arrangement and factory selection;

7. Complete all required monthly reports and work summaries; 

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2. At least 2 years related working experience;

3. Strong data analysis and processing ability;

4. Excellent cross-departmental coordination, communication and problem solving skills;

5. Responsible, proactive and team player.
