Production Planning Analytics Specialist (Fresher/Junior) (9-Month Temp)

- Support the Production Planning team in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear and actionable insights for planning and production activities.
- Prepare, transform, and analyze data using Power Query, DAX, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Automate routine reports and improve existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support data collection, validation, and consolidation from different sources, including ERP systems.
- Work closely with Production Planners and relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and analytics.
- Support analysis related to production planning, demand, inventory, capacity, and material availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
- Learn and gradually develop knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or a related field are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred, including experience with: Power Query, DAX, Data modeling, Dashboard development
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with or exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear and meaningful insights.
- Strong interest in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, MRP, and production planning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
- English proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills
