DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION

• Manage Planning job and build up Planning Master plan ( Main section: Raw Material Plan &  Production plan )
• Monitor Department KPI: Inventory level ( FG Inventory, RM Inventory ; Non-Moving Inventory & Excess Inventory) ; Delivery on time & Standard Leadtime…
• Update & analyze Sales Forecast & Production capacity .
• Lead projects about  trial and develop new material, new products & improvement quality …etc
• Solve daily issue to ensure production to optimize production efficiency and delivery on time
• Prepare report as BOD request
• Keep communication with all departments to update all information.
• Build up planning system
• Do training for lower planning grade.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Logical thinking
•  English ability with 4 skills (listing, writing, speaking and reading)
• Good communicate with team and other departments
• Negotiate skill is the requirement
• Computer skill in good at excel, word, powerpoint
• Driver team skill
• Team work
