Position Title: PRODUCTION MANAGER (TRƯỞNG PHÒNG SẢN XUẤT)
Work Location: Duc Hoa, Long An
Salary Range: Negotiable

Factory

• Provide leadership on setting up factory targets aiming to maximized capacity utilization on production assets and superior product performance with high safety standards as well as optimum customer service level at minimized manufacturing cost. Define, plan and provide the resources required to achieve the targets aiming toward continuous improvements.
• Control and manage to improve factory related safety and housekeeping practices, quality requirements, maintenance requirements, production output.
• Manage and control factory budget (e.g. capital expenditures related to production equipment, conversion cost).
• Lead major Product/Process Development and/or Cost Saving projects.
• Proactively participate in the Regional/Global Product Supply Network’s efforts to benchmark and share best practices aiming to continuously improve the product supply capability of Pham Nguyen Company.
• Lead all activities/programs to build World Class Manufacturing Culture in the organization

Engineering Support:

• Coordinate the design and engineering processes to meet project time line and project Objectives.
• Coordinate maintenance to achieve maximized capacity utilization on manufacturing operation and superior product performance.
• Facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge and technology from different sources to the related operations unit.
• Daily spot check and take action if required on safety requirements. Daily spot check and take action on work permit of any contractor working on site. Daily report of any hazard occurs.
• Proactively work with manufacturing management team to benchmark and share best practices aiming to continuously improve the product supply capability of Pham Nguyen Company.
• Maintain the quality system compliant to QMS, ISO, HACCP
• Expected End Result:
  • A production organization utilizing the production assets to the utmost maximum potential delivering Best In Class results in all WCM Accountabilities to provide continuous business competitive advantages.
  • Compliance to system, meeting FG quality acceptance limits, improvement in maintenance, increase in production output.
  • Ways to Measure Accomplishment:
  • Key indexes on Safety (incident rate, Safety and Occupational Health Programs rating, SMART rating).
  • Producing lots meet performance and appearance limits, Ti, Ci....
  • OEE, waste, delay, conversion costs...
  • Project complete on time
  • Timely development and implementation of new/improved maintenance section, process section and engineering projects. Quality of the processes/projects, improvement on actual business results from the projects.

Human Resources:

• Coordinating with HR to recruit the Teams
• Implementing the performance management process to the Teams in line with mill/department directions/policy.
• Do the salary review for the teams
• Provide constructive coaching & feedback, recognition to the Teams and support functions.
• Develop Development Plan for the Teams as well as training programs to meet their position qualification requirements.
• Expected End Result: Strong commitment and contribution of team members toward business and personal achievements

  • Increasing number of completed project towards set targets
  • Empowering working environment.
  • All teams member have both performance & development objective in place.

Job requirement:

• University degree is referable. e.g. Business Administration. Engineering knowledge automated production lines of consumer goods is preferred, minimum 10 years in manufacturing positions.
• English fluency in both writing and speaking.
• Engineering knowledge automated production lines of consumer goods or food is an advantage.
• Computer: Intermediate level
• Others required:
  • 5S & housekeeping, Safety
  • Kaizen concept, WCM, Lean manufacturing, TPM, improvement process tools
  • SMED Knowledge, ISO, HACCP, GMP
