Production Manager

• Strategic Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to drive revenue across ODK Media’s platforms.
• Identify and penetrate new market segments and advertising verticals to expand market share.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and long-term account management.
• Partnership & Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key media agencies, direct brands, and advertisers.
• Negotiate high-level media buying contracts and ensure competitive positioning of ODK Media’s inventory.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing ODK Media at industry events and trade conferences to boost visibility.
• Operational & Team Excellence
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent attainment of individual and departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop integrated sales packages and solutions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, manage revenue forecasting, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.

• Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Experience & Knowledge
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital media platforms.
• Proven track record of managing a sales department and leading large-scale revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital ad tech, and the advertising agency ecosystem.
