- Make "Task management sheet" of Dept base one factory mission & policy & dept requirement
- Following and managing KPIs indexes to ensure meet target. Management action/plan to ensure action have implement meet plan by combine with related department
- Do adjustment and take corrective action in time when KPI's indexes is not meet target or action not meet schedule
- Have preventive action when quality is liable have problem
- Combine with QA how to control quality in the best
- Follow and evaluate effective of corrective action to ensure no claim
- Have duty to push NPY activities to keep development
- Arrange for an action plan do to actual, arrange the person to follow up...
- Make plans & training under members for skills enough to cover the job...

- At least 5 years of experience in production job at injection molding manufacturing companies
- Proficient in English or Japanese and Microsoft Office applications
- At least 05 years of experience at the similar position in FDI companies
