- Receive and process customer orders, and confirm delivery schedules in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and coordinate production and delivery plans based on customer requirements, order priorities, and production capacity.
- Monitor production and shipment progress to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Shipping, and other relevant departments to follow up on order status and address any delays or delivery-related issues.
- Update and maintain order planning and delivery status records to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Identify potential delays or issues affecting order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant parties to implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University degree, preferably in
- Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field .
- Experience in production planning, order management, or PMC , preferably in the plastic injection molding/manufacturing industry .
- Understanding of production planning, order scheduling, and delivery coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
- Proficient in
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of Chinese is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.
