- Manage production planning and control to meet customer demand
- Monitor loading plan and shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery
- Track WIP and collect data for daily operation and reporting
- Follow up cycle time and improve delivery performance
- Act as main contact point with customers (via Customer Satisfaction/Sales)
- Coordinate between customers, Customer Satisfaction / Sales and internal teams (Production, Engineering, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries and update order status
- Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in production control, planning or customer operations is preferred
- Good attitude, learning mindset and communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication in English or Japanese (mandatory, as working with customers)
- Good at MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure
