Product Owner

• Own and develop products end-to-end , from problem discovery, solution design to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work directly with Business to understand operational challenges, challenge requirements and translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions .
• Build and prioritize Product Roadmap & Backlog based on business impact, user needs and data.
• Define business/user flows, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and product logic ; collaborate with UI/UX on wireframes and prototypes.
• Work closely with Business, Developers, QA/QC, UI/UX, Data and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product/business KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar product-focused role.
• Experience owning a product or complex business domain end-to-end .
• Strong business analysis, product thinking and problem-solving skills ; able to turn business problems into practical solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, Product Roadmap, Backlog, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work effectively with both Business and Technology teams.
• Experience in Enterprise Software, ERP, DMS, OMS, WMS, TMS, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Supply Chain or Logistics is highly preferred.
