PROCUREMENT MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

I. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the entire work related to find suppliers, quotations, price comparison, planning and documentation of procurement of construction materials.
• Review purchased material and equipment.
• Investigate and evaluate suitable supplier.
• Planning the budget for procurement of construction materials.
• Researching market to make comparison table of quality, origin of materials.
• Searching and evaluating suppliers of materials.
• Pricing of construction materials.
• Management and preservation of construction materials according to the regulations and company’s requirement.
• Checking inventory with the accounting department. Find causes and propose solutions in case of data discrepancy;

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Graduated from University of Construction or Economics.
• Language: English fluent. Good Korean language is prioritized
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Construction Equipment and Materials, Construction Finishing Materials.
• Working experience of 7 years or more, including at least 04 years of being manager of the same field.
• Experience in Obayashi Construction (Japan) or working for AEON Mall project is a big plus point
• Agile, honest
• Use computer proficiency.
• Eager to give out the best result for work
• Have the spirit of progress in work and under high pressure
