Job Description

'- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

• Manage sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the ERP systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Report to Production Admin senior manager and COO.
• Having experience in thermal industry, good knowledge about manufacturing facilities and machineries and construction project are advantages.
• Fully understand about tax law for EPE company, as well as foreign trade incoterms’ and rules.

Requirements

• 35 year-old above

• University degree and above.
• Graduated from Foreign trade university is an advantage.
• 10 years working in procurement and management.
• English: Excellent
• Experience in supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Chinese and Japanese language is an advantage.
