Procurement Manager (Furniture)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

Report to Operation Manager and take responsibility on:

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;
• Manage the production and purchasing planning and work with internal production department;
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms;
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers;
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services;
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements;
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods;
• Ensure all data is entered accurately into the company’s information system in accordance with company’s Work Order processes and procedures;
• Preparing procurement reports;
• Manage warehouses;
• Others tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS/YÊU CẦU

Education/ Trình độ: Bachelor degree on in supply chain management, logistics, accounting & auditing, business administration or International economics.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: 5-9 year working experience and has at least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement. Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is a PLUS

Language skill/ Ngoại ngữ: Fluent English proficiency

IT skill/IT: Strong computer
